Sample fiction:

Many people want to showcase what they have and I an no exception. I write in four main categories:

Flash Fiction

I have found flash fiction to be the most difficult to write. Mark Twain said "To get the right word in the right place is a rare achievement. Pythagoras said: "Do not say a little in many words but a great deal in a few."

Short Stories

Writing novels is great fun, but with so many ideas, short stories are a great way to capture the essence, knowing that one day, they can be used to write the novel.

Drum-Beat Poems

I like my poems to rhyme. I love them to have a 'drum-beat' when I read them out loud; to rhyme, to have a resonance. You may disagree: we're all different. My collection is almost novel-sized and every so often, I'll read one and smile.

Novels

My favourite type of writing is the novel. To be absorbed into a world, allowing the characters you created to develop themselves. And, at the end, knowing that no matter how well (or badly) the novel does on the market, you still had a great time writing it. The novel is about the journey.
